If you would rather not drive, shuttles will be available to get you to the venue and safely back after the party.

More details will follow. Please let us know if you would like to use the shuttles when you RSVP.

To the venue

You should have received an email, in case you did not, here are some details:

​

  • For guests staying in the centre of Beaune, a bus will leave from the Parking Louis Very at 3:30pm; we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes beforehand.

​​

  • For guests staying at the Greet Hotel in Beaune, the bus will be departing from the hotel at 3:55pm sharp; we recommend that you be ready 10 minutes beforehand.

​​

  • For guests staying at the Kyriad and Novotel in Beaune, a van will pick you up at the Novotel at 3.30pm and drop you off at the nearby Greet Hotel from where you will join the other guests and take the bus.

​​

  • For guests staying in Meursault, a first van will be leaving from the Hotel Spa La Cueillette at 3:30pm; another two vans will be leaving from the same place at 3:45pm. Again, we suggest that you arrive a few minutes beforehand.

Shuttles will head towards Beaune, Meursault, Pommard, Volnay, and surrounding villages from 1:00am to 4:30am.
